and assistance in the formation of locally owned
micro-businesses for those individuals who successfully complete the education and training program throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
Pathway to the Future, a Fuentes-Santore Family Foundation, was founded by Yasseth A. Fuentes-Santore in 2023. The Foundation is primarily focused on providing education, vocational training, employment and in the assistance of forming micro-businesses for those individuals who successfully complete the education and training program. Pathway to the Future primarily works to serve underprivileged individuals in most Countries within the Caribbean, Central America and South America, thereby reducing the need for illegal immigration from these Countries into the United States or elsewhere in the world.
Together, we can prepare underserved individuals to pursue their dreams.
We seek to lead the international community in establishing career and work pathway opportunities for underserved individuals in Latin America and the Caribbean, with a focus on providing best practices, education and career experiences for students, educator capacity-building, and fostering partnerships between Underserved Populations, our Foundation, Vocational and Technical Schools and Businesses.
Yasseth A. Fuentes – Santore, MBA, MBA-PMP
Founder & Chair
Yasseth was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. He immigrated to the United States in 2016. He is an avid traveler and enjoys world history, culture, art, dance, and music. Yasseth earned his bachelor’s degree in communications and subsequently earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and as well as a second Masters degree in Project Management from UNITEC University in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. His passion for helping others began with his first job as Social Projects Coordinator at the age of 21. In this role he coordinated and facilitated multiple initiatives which helped to benefit over 3,000 at risk students in obtaining technical/ vocational education as well as employment upon completion of the programs. Yasseth has participated in multiple conferences and exchanges at an international level dedicated to the betterment of at-risk individuals and social development. Yasseth was also honored to be the youngest Honduran representative to attend a multi-government FBI training program. He has been active in participating in multiple committees and foundations related assisting at risk youth through a variety of private and government funded projects. Yasseth was inspired to establish the Pathway to the Future Foundation to further his passion in helping underserved and at-risk youth meet their fullest potential and to achieve their dreams.
Maria Elena Diaz, MBA
Treasurer
Maria Elena was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. She completed her studies in Accounting and Finance at the National University of Honduras. She subsequently earned her Masters Degree in Accounting at the University of Mexico. Maria Elena has over 30 years of experience as a college level professor in Accounting and Finance. She has been active in volunteering with multiple non-profits and charitable organizations. She is a devout Christian and values being a mother, grandmother, and mentor to at-risk youth.
Irene Gampel
Secretary
Irene was born in Kiev, Ukraine and immigrated to Israel at the age of eleven. She later moved to the United States and graduated from San Diego State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. Irene is a true global citizen and speaks multiple languages. After a successful career in banking and real estate management, she founded Embrace Foundation which addresses the needs of the world’s most vulnerable. Embrace's most recent efforts focused on facilitating evacuations and sheltering displaced women and children as well as assisting in humanitarian efforts as result of Israel /Hamas war. In 2021, she joined Global Sustainability Network in efforts to fight modern day slavery. Irene is a chairwoman of a renowned anti sex trafficking organization More Too Life which focuses on ending human trafficking and social injustices. Irene is proud to launch GSN America chapter with MTL as strategic partner in the fall 2023. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, mentoring youth and reuniting military dogs with their handlers.
Adriana Castaneda

Adriana Castañeda de Rivera was born in Colima, Mexico. She is a well-known activist, social media influencer, business entrepreneur and philanthropist. Andrea has an honorary doctorate which she received as a result of her social work and philanthropy. She is the Founder and President of the "Fundacion Adriana Castañeda de Rivera" which is dedicated to addressing the challenges of the impoverished throughout the world. She serves as President of the Villa Flores Museum in Chiapas. In addition to her charity work, Adriana is a volunteer supporting organizations against human trafficking and is often seen in support of various events sponsored by "Kaleido y Member Red Unidas" in Washington DC. Adriana owns a variety of business, including Castañeda y Diaz Real Estate, La Reyna es La Reyna Products, MIM Made in Mexico, La Reyna Wines, as well as many others. Beyond her various business ventures and philanthropic activities, her greatest pride comes from that of being a mother, a wife, a trusted and loyal friend and a role model for future female leaders world-wide as well as an impassioned and committed global citizen.
Iroshka Elvir Nasralla

Iroshka Lindaly Elvir was born in Choluteca, Honduras. She is a Honduran model, financier and politician known for her participation in the Miss Universe contest in 2015 where she took the opportunity to speak out in favor of forming an International Commission Against Impunity in Honduras (CICIH), then a topic of much concern. She is the wife of Salvador Nasralla, current Honduran Vice President, and former candidate for president in 2013 and 2017, founder of two political parties, and current first presidential appointee of the Republic. Iroshka is currently a deputy Vice President of the Honduran Congress. Iroshka has appeared on television as a guest model on the programs X-0 da Dinero and 5 Deportivo, broadcast by the Televicentro network and hosted by her husband, Salvador Nasralla. She also appeared on her political program De Ella Salvador at 7, which aired on Hondured.
Patrick F. Santore, Jr., MBA

Patrick Santore was born in Lima, Peru and immigrated to the United States at the age of eight. He is an avid traveler and enjoys world history, culture, art and architecture. In addition to providing an advisory role to Pathway to the Future, on healthcare related matters, Patrick also holds a Board of Directors seat with the Foundation. Patrick has over 27 years of experience in hospital-based radiology. Patrick is the co-founder of Northern Light Medical Management and Northern Light Radiology Associates where he serves as Chief Executive Officer. An accomplished leader, Patrick has a proven track record of building on-site, hospital-based practices which enhance the level of radiology services being delivered to local communities. Patrick is a graduate of the University of Tampa and of Saint Leo University.
